I’m the founder of The Profit Mechanic™, where I help businesses between $500K and $5M in revenue increase profitability by diagnosing operational inefficiencies and delivering execution-ready improvement roadmaps.
Earlier in my career, I built a business from a kitchen-table idea into a multi-million-dollar
company, growing it to 14 full-time employees before selling it to a competing corporation. That experience shaped how I work today: profit isn’t accidental, and growth without discipline is expensive.
For the past 15 years, I’ve advised businesses ranging from underfunded startups to
established companies preparing for scale or a lucrative exit. My work focuses on identifying where profit is leaking — pricing drift, labor inefficiency, vendor overspend, subscription creep, poor sequencing — and translating those findings into a clear, prioritized roadmap that leadership teams can execute internally.
I don’t “coach” for motivation or mindset. I diagnose first, quantify the impact, and architect the sequence that produces measurable financial results.
I am a Certified Profit Acceleration Expert, and my approach is deliberately practical, disciplined, and outcome-focused.
Diagnostics first. Profit second.
Most business owners don’t wake up thinking, “My company is inefficient.”
They feel it instead.
Revenue grows, but profit doesn’t.
The team stays busy, but margins tighten.
Cash feels harder to predict.
Decisions take longer.
The business runs—but not smoothly.
That’s where I come in.
I built The Profit Mechanic™ for business owners who don’t need motivation—they need clarity. I diagnose where profit is leaking, quantify the financial impact, and deliver a clear, sequenced roadmap your team can execute to restore efficiency and profitability.
Growth without discipline is expensive, and profit problems are almost always operational—not personal. Today, I work with businesses between $500K and $5M in revenue that are growing, complex, and leaving money on the table—often without realizing where or why.
My approach is simple, structured, and measurable.
Diagnostics first. Profit second.
